Here is some chick I made up. No preview because it apparently really looks like shit small.

More messing around with Painter, pretty meh about the results. Oh well, might be salvageable as a background for something. The second one was supposed to have the same colored ground, but I ended up drawing the tree on the wrong (transparent) layer.

Playing with Painter 11. I like it so far. Check out the texture and weight of the lines in the full size, it really does look like pencil.

Alright, I think I’ve got everything set up how I want it, maybe with a few minor, aesthetic changes. The purpose of this restructuring? I intend to post a sketch or drawing every day, or at least a few times a week. I’ve been struggling for inspiration lately, and I think this will help.
